PREVALENCE OF MASTITIS IN NILI RAVI BUFFALO HERD AT LIVESTOCK EXPERIMENT STATION BHUNIKEY, PATTOKI

Mastitis is one of the major and keen parameter for quality quantity milkproduction. The recent study was conducted to estimate occurrence rate mastitis in four differentseasons year its therapeutic cure Llivestock Experiment Station Nili Ravi Bhunikey. Forthis purpose, total 1188 milk samples were screened through California MastitisTest. Out samples, prevalence 9.7% (27/279) winter, 14%(40/286) spring , 7.2% (23/320) summer 6% (18/303) autumn respectively. An overallprevalence 9 %( 108/1188).The positive subjected toculture on culture media. Seven antibiotics selected fortitude antibiotic sensitivityagainst cultured organisms.
